Refund Policy – MiElle Wellness

At MiElle Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality telehealth services. Due to the nature of medical services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Medical Services (Non-Refundable)

All medical services, including consultations, evaluations, and provider time, are non-refundable once completed.

2. Missed or Late Appointments

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable

This office requires 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your new patient or initial visit and 48-hour notice if you cannot keep your follow-up or routine visit. If you miss an appointment or fail to give sufficient notice, you will be charged $25.00 for that missed appointment. This payment is expected before any further treatment is provided

3. Packages and Programs

Program fees (e.g., weight loss or HRT programs) are non-refundable once initiated

If a program has not yet started, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Patient may cancel their membership at any time. To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to next billing date through secure portal or email.

4. Medications

No refunds will be issued for medications once prescribed or dispensed by  pharmacy

This includes hormone therapy and weight loss medications due to safety and regulatory requirements

5. Lab Testing

Lab fees are non-refundable once ordered or processed

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent completion of your visit, please contact us. We may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of MiElle Wellness in rare or exceptional situations.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of services and additional administrative review.
